Excellent. I was traveling alone with my 4 grandsons aged 6 to 12. They were very excited about this trip and therefore noisy. The kindness and availability of our hosts made this stay wonderful for all 5 of them. The children renamed the establishment "la Belle Vie" even better than the good life. Thank you and keep going!
What is annoying is that it is not very soundproof (insulation walls and floors), so we made noise with the children.

I was looking for a hotel near the port to participate in the boat show. I was looking for a hotel close to the port to participate in the boat show. I took it at the last minute and I am very happy that there was availability 1 month before my departure and at low cost. I loved the English breakfast, the staff is very welcoming and this hotel is very cocooning because of its size. (few rooms but they are comfortable and good size) I didn't hear any noise at night.
Nothing, for me everything was perfect.

Comfortable bed, teapot and cake available, hairdryer in the room. Very good and hearty breakfast. Very nice staff. We were able to leave our bags before the time of arrival and after the room was vacated to finish the day before taking the boat back. Located right next to the beach.
Shower's not great and water's not always hot.

Cozy atmosphere, warm welcome, location (with a flat for the difficulty to park for those who come by car).
Low water pressure in some bathrooms.

The authentic side of the establishment, calm, muffled with a human dimension, a little like a friend's home... Good bedding, very English decor so charming... Courteous and understanding staff
Nothing that concerns the establishment... Pedestrian access through the fort's tunnel with cars.
